Right of Way on the Longest Day of the Year!

Today was another scorcher, had a great nights sleep last night woken by the Wonder Dog at 0730h who wanted feeding and out. Back to bed for a doze then up to make breakfast for Graham and moi, before he left for work.
After Graham had left I had a wash then got ready to take the Wonder dog to the woods. Very quiet, warm and green in the woods, no-one about only met Karen with Bria who was on the lead as she was having surgery on her eye today.
Decided to try one of the 'rights of way' I heard about the other week. The meadow was amazing Ruaridh loved it, flowers in abundance and lots of bees and butterflies dashing from bloom to bloom! the 'pond' looked so different from this side.
Really enjoyed the walk, back home made the dough for the bread, then weeded the back garden ready for watering and feeding the hostas. Listened to the afternoon play on Radio 4 whilst having my lunch then I did more knitting. Made the bread.
After this as the sun was off the hostas I watered and fed all them all.
Then took Ruaridh to the woods cooler for him in there, met Dolores and Ziggy on the park she is dreading Georgie Porgies budget tomorrow from her work point of view. Graham home had a cuppa then made the dinner. Veggie risotto with avocado, tomato and basil salad-lovely.
Brought all the washing in I had done.
Going to carry on knitting. Goodnight
