At the Glen:)

No blog yesterday although it was a very busy day, up and about, breakfast. Then after Graham left for the studio I had a shower and washed my hair. It was then time to get Ruaridh into the car and set off to get Layla and Bella who were going on an errand. Layla's leg/knee is improving but very slowly and she is unable to drive at the present time.
Dropped the girls off and took Ruaridh for a lovely meander in pastures new! he met a lovely springer spaniel called Rubic and they had a great play. Then back to pick up the girls and take them home as Layla was expecting a friend for lunch.
When we got there, I took the small compost bin and drove over to the allotment, emptied all the 'goodies' into the big bin. I then collected tomatoes, cucumbers, more raspberries, courgettes and dug up some tatties for the family and ourselves.
Back to theirs with the produce met S and baby L a lovely wee fellow.
Took Ruaridh to stay with G then off to meet my chum Jane, had a cup of tea and a blueberry muffin at hers then the two of us walked to town and visited '400 WOMEN' an exhibition by Tamsyn Challenger at the Canongate Venture, 5 New Street.
The exhibition consists of paintings/drawings done by various artists showing the missing/murdered/raped women who lived in Mexico.
The paintings reflect the horror not only of the women who have disappeared but also their families--harrowing!
We then popped into the Fruitmarket Gallery for a chat before I walked down to Stockbridge to meet Graham and Ruaridh, we then went to Waitrose to get messages as tomorrow we head for the Glen.
Home I made pasta with cheese sauce for dinner which we had with salad and was delicious. Did a little knitting--fell asleep counting stitches to bed.
Lovely to have a wee lie in on Friday morning. Up with Ruaridh then back to read and have the early cuppa. Got up made breakfast then a wash before taki ng Ruaridh to the woods--met a nice gentleman with a dog called Shula.
Back home packed then over to Sainsbury's for a few more messages, then off texted Layla.
Good journey up, quite cold at the Glen, got the stove going, I unpacked then made a cuppa and had bread and cheese.
Did some knitting, caught up with some blipping, Graham made a lovely dinner pasta with tomatoes, garlic, chili and basil in oil with bread and a lovely salad.
Very tired G already in bed 2217h, Goodnight.
