Daffodils

A couple of times last week when walking through the woods, I spied this solitary daffodil swaying and blowing in the wind, it brought to my mind for some reason William Wordswoth's poem written 1804 "Daffodils"
"I wander'd lonely as a cloud,
That floats on high o'er vales and hills
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host of golden daffodils,
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze."---
Today saw more swallows arriving in the Glen, is summer round the corner? Also we did the long walk again which was super, and we heard our first cuckoo of the year.
