Leeks 2

Found out that our missing messages had in fact been left behind at the Co-op in Broadford. As it was another rainy day and we also required gas for our 'midge magnet' decided to go and get the gas and at the same time pick up the messages.
Uneventful journey, but worked out that this round trip of about 58 miles takes us two hours!
Done about three slug rounds today the blighters love the damp, humid conditions that are prevailing in this area at the moment. Vegetables planted outside appear to be growing well, planted my leeks into the raised bed the other day and am pleased with the results, hope they continue to do well.
