Catching up!

Forgot the time last evening, started to cast on the stitches for the blanket I'm going to knit for the baby, then started to knit and lo and behold when I looked it was long past the midnight hour! Have since had to start again not happy with the first attempt, as it is quite a while since I knitted anything!
Down to the beach with Ruaridh yesterday the weather was fantastic warm and sunny, saw a half naked man with one leg on the beach? also met Skye a springer spaniel who was going to be trained as a sniffer dog, she didn't quite make the grade, still looked a bit out of it though! Ruaridh was playing with her and enjoyed that.
Tried to catch up sorting all the overgrown vegetables out, more cucumber relish on the go, roasted tomato's and minestrone soup done by Graham. Lots of courgettes to be used. Lifted the onions, an amazing crop this year, drying on top of the pump house. Graham picked the big sun flowers. All go go go!
Now 0145 hours and so to bed!
