B&B Arrive

Our chums Bob & Bets arrived today much earlier than expected. It was great to see them both, as we have not seen them in over a year and it is almost two years since they were up at the Glen. Had tea and oatcakes then settled down to a good chat catching up on family and friends and of course any "hotgos". Drinks before dinner then we sat down to a Graham special, pasta with smoked haddock in saffron cream sauce with seared scallops on the top, delicious. Had a singalong to the ukelele tonight which was a good laugh as we all sang in a different key.
Up quite early this morning ironed, had a bath and hairwash, then breakfast prior to taking the wee fellow to the village and the beach, had a good walk, the day was sunny and bright with a deep ground frost.
Just having a cup of tea before bed. Goodnight .
