Christine's for Dinner

Ruaridh and moi are going to have dinner with Christine our neighbour this evening, and we are looking forward to this. The day dawned bright with still a touch of ground frost but this afternoon the rain came.
Up quite early as Graham had to go south for a meeting and he was taking a fellow blipper who lives on The Isle of Skye down. So breakfast and then Graham was ready to go, waved him off then had a quick wash before taking the wee fellow for a walk. We went through the field and saw some lovely small ice patterns. Ruaridh as usual on this walk had a great time hunting and chasing the rabbits. Popped over to Christine's to say Hi and check on the sheep sadly it had died in the night.
Back home had a long chat with Layla then a late lunch, rice and an aubergine mix from the freezer, delicious. Had a chat with Graham who had arrived at Layla's safe and sound.
Time marched on and it was time to go to Christine's, got Ruaridh on the lead and off we went. Didn't need the torch as it was a lovely moonlit night. Had a lovely dinner veggie lasagne with roast tatties, followed by fresh fruit salad.
Home at 2300h spoke to Graham who is fine, tuned in to This Week. Goodnight.
