Grey/Blue Day!

Awoke this morning with the battery of my mobile ringing to let me know it wa running low bah! Up for a pee as it was only 0807h went back to bed. Ruaridh was on the rampage around 0900h so up to let him out and feed him and make the morning cuppa.
Had a fry up for breakfast tasted delicious, wash before getting ready to go to the beach. The frost is mostly away which is a shame as it makes the countryside look so magical! Today the weather was awful-- a dreich, grey/blue day, however we went down to the west beach didn't stay too long even The Wonder Dog wanted home.
I visited our neighbour Noonie who is back in the Glen for a week, had a blether, mince pie and coffee with her. Back home late lunch then phoned mum who appears to be fine, out for her choir Christmas lunch tomorrow!
Attempted to get the greenhouse clear of all the old debris and plants, hopefully will finish this tomorrow as darkness overtook me. Spoke with Layla they are all OK she is back to work tomorrow.
Minestrone soup for dinner, with some leftover chriatmas pudding for afters.
Knitting and reading tonight as I don't have a clue what is on Radio or TV just going to find out at radiotimes.com Bye.
