The Mystery Egg-unsolved?

Today we had mixed weather, snow and sleet showers, cold winds and when the sun came out it was very warm. Before heading off to the beach we decided to go and see if the Mystery Egg? was still in situ on the hillside, it was. Today we are no nearer to what this object is than we were yesterday, it is certainly very bright red with big white spots, looks to me like a huge Toadstool a fly agaric. Also today we noticed on the roadside underneath where the mystery lay, big red and white spots had appeared on the side of the road? Ruaridh sniffed around but unfortunately no answers.
Layla has been doing a course on Chinese Vegetarian Cooking over the past few weeks. Tonight she treated us to a banquet all made by herself it was delicious. Thanks Layla!
