Into the Room

Tonight we are hoping to sleep in the room that we have recently had renovated, Sue my buddy, Layla and Bella have slept in it before the final stage happened-the putting in of the window. This is now in situ and it looks super, so the bed is made and tonight we will sleep in the room.
Up late as Ruaridh started to whine in the early hours of the morning, then the croft dogs started to bark ? something wandering outside. Tonight on the way back from Christine's with the wee fellow I saw a dead fox or pinemarten strung up on the fence, last night's predator ?
Breakfast, wash and then took Ruaridh down to the big beach, had a lovely walk and lots of stone skimming for Ruaridh and he also had a swim.
Back home lunch sat out on the deck. Graham cutting down the leylandii, and I started to take the weeds out of the boxes, raised beds and cleared the earth of weeds in the greenhouse.
Graham also roasted lots of tomatoes, garlic and olive oi this is now a delicious sauce ready to be frozen.
Had a lovely meal tomatoes, garlic, basil in olive oil with a green salad and bread made by Graham.
Going to have a cup of tea then do some knitting.
Mum fine blood test good today so she is happy.
Layla telephoned and we missed the call so hope to speak with them tomorrow Bye.
