The Woods

Today had to once again postpone our horsetrek due to the changing weather conditions. We decided to go into the woods for a 'good walk' and managed our one and a half hour trek without getting soaked! The minute we got back into the house the heavens opened (blipfoto.com) The moss in the woods was looking good, not many primroses yet but they are coming just need that extra burst of sunshine-we wish.
Yesterday read on the BBC website an article by John Simpson stating what a mess Iraqi is in 3 years down the line. Newsnight gave us an interview with Salman Pax (The Baghdad Blogger) and from this we got a pictorial view of what Simpson was talking about. To cap all that in this country we still have a Prime Minister who 3 years ago told millions who were against the War in Iraqi they were deluded?
