Relaxing Day.

Decided that today was the day to do very little! Very warm and sunny, went into the woods with Ruaridh and saw these amazing spiders webs covered in dew (Autumn on the way), they made stunning intricate patterns, looked like the wee people had been busy in the early morning.
Came home got the deckchairs out on the deck and a backlog of newspapers, made lunch and sat outside for ages eating, reading and also doing some knitting. Had to pull this back last night as I dropped some stitches but now the blanket is starting to grow!
Made pasta and cheese sauce for dinner, not very good in fact awful, no taste of cheese and it was quite gritty! As per usual Ruaridh enjoyed his small portion.
Watched a programme on channel 4 about the "Doomsday Book", never fails to amaze me how some people of various sects of different religions always feel they are right in their belief and faith, and damn everyone else. Just watching a film Peter Sellars Life and Death, very good.
