Jeep MOT

Had to be up early this morning as we were taking the Jeep over to John D's for it's annual MOT, as usual we were running late.
Early morning cuppa, then I had a shower and washed my hair, just as I was about to dry my hair I saw John H's car coming coming up the lane, he was coming to repair the leaks on the hot water tank. Shouted to Graham that John was coming, then carried on drying my hair. Breakfast, then over the hill to the garage.
Once we had left the Jeep into the car and over to Skye, we were hoping to go to the beach at Lower Breakish before high tide. We arrived the beach and ocean looked amazing, white sand and blue sea, we set off over the wee burn to the sand in bright sunshine. Ruaridh running after the leaves and pieces of seaweed blowing in the wind.
We had not been there long when the rain started, a torrential downpour but we ignored it running down to the ocean. As we left the beach the sun came out again and started to dry us out.
To the Co-op to get our messages then the drive back home.
At home had a snack chatted to John about more work i.e. getting the other window in.
Graham made dinner smoked haddock omelette, roast potatoes and peas, delicious.
Just about to take Ruaridh for a walk then going to try and do some knitting to finish the wee jumper for Bella. Bye.
